Having a healthy alternative to ice cream to turn too during the summer stopped me self sabotaging with the real thing, and it was cheaper! This 2 ingredient variation is delicious and can be whipped up to eat instantly, or made and stored for months!
Frozen banana (peel and slice before freezing)
Berries, fresh or frozen
This one is pretty tough so I hope I don’t lose you on the way!
1. Blend frozen banana until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter/berries/whichever flavour you’ve gone for and blend again.
3. Serve and top with whatever you like.
