The Breakdown happens every few months and they can last anywhere from a day to ten days. I've never found one to be triggered by anything but they seem to impact all areas of your life.

The last time I embarked on a huge weight loss journey, my birthday was the tipping point of losing my motivation and slowly hitting the brakes on the process. So I was nervous coming up to this one, on a similar journey, that I would repeat my history.
Let's do this!
I would go to the gym, to bootcamps, to fitness classes. I'd take up running and then realise I hated it, I'd lift weights in the bedroom of my flat. I tried pole fitness, and rugby and I went back to hockey. But nothing stuck. I was unhealthy, unhappy and unmotivated.
Having healthy, guilt free options for things can be such a game changer when you're on a big journey. Having a healthy alternative to ice cream to turn too during the summer stopped me self sabotaging with the real thing, and it was cheaper!
I made this for breakfast one morning during the first weight loss stint and ended up having it everyday for the rest of that week. It's that good. It's also super quick and an easy winner for any brunch date.
