Rice pudding is such a guilty pleasure for me, I have loved it since I was a kid. And let's be honest, does anyone ever cook the right amount of rice when they make dinner? I know I certainly don't! I wanted to find a way of using up my leftovers whilst making something delicious, and so I found this easy recipe and tweaked it for my dietaries! (You don't have to have cooked too much rice though, this works from fresh too!)

Homemade sauerkraut; easy, quick, cheap, resilient and so darn good for you. I forgot about mine in the fridge for about 6 weeks and it was absolutely perfect by the time I got to it!
I beasted this guy out the other day, it was HARD! The sweat was flying off the end of my nose! What's great about this one, is it requires NO gear so you can do it anywhere! Just blast the tunes and get down to it!

I have no idea how to describe this, but it's delicious and I sprinkle it on everything, it enhances every flavour plus nutritional yeast (nooch) is a complete protein in itself and packed with B12. Cashews are chock full of good fats, magnesium and a variety of vits 'n' mins.
Delicious, easy, dairy free and pretty healthy! What's not to love?!
