I made this for breakfast one morning during the first weight loss stint and ended up having it everyday for the rest of that week. It's that good. It's also super quick and an easy winner for any brunch date.
Okay, let's be under no illusions. I know, straight up, these are not healthy. But they're bloody good, they're quick and easy and they're a great tray of something to take to a brunch. Who am I kidding, the full tray never makes it to brunch! Make with caution!
I'm sure you've all seen the 2-Ingredient pancakes all over the internet. This is a slight twist on that recipe, with some added oats. These are super easy, quick and delicious. You can pretty much tweak these to match any mood by changing the topping.
Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling. I don't know.
