I made this for breakfast one morning during the first weight loss stint and ended up having it everyday for the rest of that week. It's that good. It's also super quick and an easy winner for any brunch date.

I'm sure you've all seen the 2-Ingredient pancakes all over the internet. This is a slight twist on that recipe, with some added oats. These are super easy, quick and delicious. You can pretty much tweak these to match any mood by changing the topping.
Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling. I don't know. Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern breakfast dish where you poach eggs in a tomato sauce. I, however, love it at any time of the day. It's super easy to whip up and is great served with a side salad, a portion of rice or bread (if you're not gluten free).
