I'm sure you've all seen the 2-Ingredient pancakes all over the internet. This is a slight twist on that recipe, with some added oats. These are super easy, quick and delicious. You can pretty much tweak these to match any mood by changing the topping.
This was my first attempt at cooking tofu and I'm gonna be honest with you, I nailed it! This is crispy, flavoursome and so delicious.
Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling. I don't know. But what I do know, is that they're super fun and easy to make and you can't ever get them wrong.
Let's be honest though, it's not exactly a difficult thing to master. You pick a ripe one, you spread it on toast and you top it with the good stuff. So instead, I am devoting this page to all the variations of avocado on toast that I love.
These really need no introduction. They are gooey, they are chewy, they are super easy to make and they are bloody phenomenal.
