I'm sure you've all seen the 2-Ingredient pancakes all over the internet. This is a slight twist on that recipe, with some added oats. These are super easy, quick and delicious. You can pretty much tweak these to match any mood by changing the topping.

Buddha Bowls

Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling.
