Turning 24.

The last time I embarked on a huge weight loss journey, my birthday was the tipping point of losing my motivation and slowly hitting the brakes on the process. So I was nervous coming up to this one, on a similar journey, that I would repeat my history.

Halfway There and Back Again

I would go to the gym, to bootcamps, to fitness classes. I'd take up running and then realise I hated it, I'd lift weights in the bedroom of my flat. I tried pole fitness, and rugby and I went back to hockey. But nothing stuck. I was unhealthy, unhappy and unmotivated.

Gluten Free Pancakes

I'm sure you've all seen the 2-Ingredient pancakes all over the internet. This is a slight twist on that recipe, with some added oats. These are super easy, quick and delicious. You can pretty much tweak these to match any mood by changing the topping.

Buddha Bowls

Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling. I don't know.  But what I do know, is that they're super fun and easy to make and you can't ever get them wrong.
