Food Shopping FAQs.

I get asked so much what I eat, how I shop, how much I eat,  how much I spend etc.  So I thought it might be really helpful for me to do a little post about what I shop for!

Noochy Nutty Sprinkle

I have no idea how to describe this, but it's delicious and I sprinkle it on everything, it enhances every flavour plus nutritional yeast (nooch) is a complete protein in itself and packed with B12. Cashews are chock full of good fats, magnesium and a variety of vits 'n' mins.

Buddha Bowls

Buddha bowls seem to be the new 'it thing' in the healthy eating world at the moment. Maybe because they're aesthetically pleasing (so they look good on the 'gram), or maybe because they're so chock full of goodness whilst remaining super filling. I don't know.  But what I do know, is that they're super fun and easy to make and you can't ever get them wrong.
